Great tool
I like the fact that it was made of heavy enough material that you not bend it squeezing a tube of sealant.

Save your self so pain.
I make bird houses on the side, I use a sealant for the roof of the bird house to make it water tight . I found this and makes the job a hole lot faster and easier than by hand.

Fantastic!
Amazing control of silicone RTV. I'm a former auto tech and I love it. I let an old coworker use it and he loves it as well. That became a gift and I had to order a second one!

I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THIS THING, I SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IT
MY HANDS WERE GETTING TIRED AND HURTING FROM SQUEEZING TUBES OF DAP, SO I BOUGHT THIS TO HELP ME AND I SWEAR, IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE TRIED IT EVERY WAY I CAN THINK OF AND IT WAS JUST A REALLY BAD PURCHASE ON MY PART. IF THE COMPANY WOULD TAKE IT BACK NOW AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD DO IT!

Love this tool
Well my shop loves this tool. So much they end up missing 😕 and in someones drawer. Love the color red so now we all know who has it. Ease of use never go back to squeezing by hand. Best bang for buck..

a real labor saver
As described in earlier reviews, it flew apart while unpacking. A minor irritant as it fits back together almost effortlessly. As delivered it is a good labor-saving tool with some minor problems. When using to lay a bead of stiff caulk the calk tube tends to ride out of the jaws and allow some caulk to seep back into the bottom of the tube. It's easy to squeeze the caulk back into the main part of the tube and applying a strip of 120 grit sticky back sandpaper to the bottom jaw stops the tube slippage and seeping allowing for a much easier application of stiff caulk/sealer. It is overpriced for what it is, unfortunately there's no readily available alternative cheaper or without more faults. Glad I bought it.

I wish I had it sooner
It arrived assembled backwards, but after closer review of the pictures I figured that out. It is very simple and works great! I can cut a very small slit in the RTV tube and apply enough even pressure to lay excellent small even beads!

Helps with Caulk Tube
The tool does help to squeeze a DAP caulk tube. However, there is a tendency for the tube to slip and as it extrudes, the spent section is not flatten as much as expected so there could be a maybe 10% of caulk left that one could still pressed you with a straight edge.Still, it does help squeeze a full tube in a more control manner that without it. There are many vendors for this same tool at various price points. I don't think they any significant differences in the tool.
