Very difficult to get into position for any sort of traction simulation ay all. Had to return regretfully.

I was doubtful, but desperate. I bought it with low expectations, but it's excellent! Get it!

Im bedbound disabled by rsds/crps & try almost every item that hits the market to improve my quality of life.This back stretcher is not beneficial for my situation. It was terribly slow, seemingly too slow to be as jerky, unsmooth & wonky as it was. It feels generally odd. It also pinched my skin in a strange way.Unlike many other devices it didnt cause damage but didnt benefit either. I can see in theory how this could help others but i cant guarantee it.

very fast shipping!!! the moment it came in i used it immediately i suffer from sciatica on my left side im tired of going to physical therapy just to use a heat pad a few stretches & its messing with my hours at work so i decided to get this machine & OMGGGGGGG I SHOULD OF BEEN PURCHASED THIS...the only dwn fall (to me) is i would of loved for a harder vibration i can barely feel the vibration but i still give the machine a 10 cause the stretch & the heat is absolutely perfect..
