Great Cat detector
I am pleased I got this product I can locate my kitten at all times. Would definitely rate this product and there is no monthly charge.

Save your money and don't buy for pets
Worked for about 10 minutes, when the cat was in the house, as soon as the cat left the house, it stopped working, and never came back on.

Not overly Impressed
Did not track the tracker. The downloaded app did not track my cat.

Cat tracker
This device allows you to track your cat if you put the tag on their collar. However, there are a number of things you need to consider if you are going to do this.1) The device is quite large at 35mm diameter and about 8mm thick. It isn't heavy just quite large to put on a cat.2) It is not waterproof - having examined it closely, the battery cover is just a push fir type that will provide little to no protection when you cat decides they aren't allergic to rain after all or gets caught out when running for home in the rain. I don't know what extended rain exposure will do to the device but i doubt it will improve its ability to be located!3) Dont buy this if you are an Android user unless you only intend to use it within about 60m of your home. We tried this on our Android phones and more than two neigbours gardens and it was no longer possible to track because it relies exclusively on bluetooth to locate the tag.4) If you are an I-phone user, things are better as the device uses the 'find my phone' system to bounce its location off other peoples I-phones. We tested it in my daughter's bag and it tracked her intermittently from Bexley to Orpington reasonably well. It does show multiple locations when there are multiple I-phones at the location but it would be useful for cat tracking if your got lost - just as long as there are I-phone users in the area.Over all, this does what it says but it was a pain to register on the I-phone as you have to release it from any previous pairing to be able to register it and the instructions were not that clear but once we sussed that part, it loaded and registered well.
