I take this at night with magnesium and melatonin to help me relax and go to sleep. I will never be without it. This is a great value because it has two products in one capsule that I don’t have to purchase separately. I sleep very soundly and almost always have vivid dreams. It’s great.

What you are about to read is strictly my unbiased opinion.Quality: It can be very difficult to evaluate a product such as this as some of the advertised benefits take a considerable amount of time before being fully realized. I have taken two doses of this supplement and will share my observations. First, the recommended dose calls for taking this 2 capsules per day. They are not as large as some of the other capsules I have tried, and go down easily. The odor of the capsules is not at all offensive and I haven’t noticed any after taste.Functionality: As I have already stated, it is difficult to gauge the functionality of this type of product in the short term. I will continue to take a single dose each day until it is gone, and may reevaluate then. For now, I can say that I haven’t suffered any negative effects.Recommendation: I gave this item 5 out of 5 stars simply because it seems to be a quality product. I certainly make no claims of being an expert in this field, so I want to be clear that this is only my opinion.
