This is a simple and effective solution to a problem I encountered when I visited my mom recently. She always puts her purse on the passenger side floorboard, which annoyed the heck out of me as the passenger. I would move her purse to the backseat, but then she couldn't reach it if she wanted to get something out of it. So I ordered this for her. The mesh pocket clips with carabiners to the headrest posts and hangs between the two front seats. It was just big enough for her medium sized pocketbook (it wouldn't work for larger purses or tote bags.) The khaki color didn't look bad with her grey interior. It definitely made life easier for me while she was driving, and for her because she could pull the pocket over the center console to reach it when she needed to, and then push it back so it was out of the way. It didn't intrude into the space of the back passengers. Problem solved! (One note: I have no idea what the point of the drawstring along the bottom of the pocket is, which is black instead of khaki as pictured.)

The net is fine. The color is not. Returning and purchasing the black one.
