I ordered one and arrived broken, I receive a replacement and had the same damage. I had them tested by a profesional electrician and both items are, I do not know the technical word in English, in Spanish is 'derivados' that is a high electrical hazard the elctricity runs around the kettle and the item can not grounded, the safe switch shots down the electricity. So both items I received are useless
