Q: Do this chains damage your alloy wheels?

Didn’t damage mine on a BMW 320D E. What you do need though is a Jack to put them on a BMW 3 series as you can’t get your hands behind the wheels to fit them. Doesn’t tell you that in any of the YouTube videos and my car didn’t have a jack as I have run flat tyres so just beware. Otherwise the snow chains are sturdy and quite easy to fit.

Q: will CB12-104 fit 265/45 on 21in wheels?

The diameter and width are critical; if your tyre size is not listed it is best to assume it will not fit. The "12 mm inside and on-the-tread clearance" is also important, check your manual for the snow chain clearance.
