Soaking in Magnesium Flakes receives sore muscles much better than OTC pain relievers.

I use bath bombs all the time (not so much epsom salt though), but I had never tried magnesium flakes before.When I opened the box, I was surprised at how big the bag was. Even if you’re a heavy pourer/scooper like I am, this bag will last you a while.I pour a decent amount (probably 3 cups?) into my standard tub, which ends up being the perfect amount for me. I stay in for about 20 minutes and when I go lay down for the night, I have such a deep, profound sense of fatigue. I sleep so well!I personally haven’t noticed my skin being any softer though due to the Vit C.I highly recommend this- it’s worth every penny, and the quality is great.

Use it 3 days a week

I absolutely love this product! I don't love when it comes in with a hole in the packaging and my, what I call, "salt sanity" is strewn about the box. I'm hoping I can salvage most of it despite the humidity in the air. If you have malabsorption issues, this is a great option for absorbing much needed magnesium! It is also a stress reliever.

So, I originally bought this so I could make the spray, but I have tried it in the bath. It's amazing! I was in pain one night so when and took a bath. It relaxed me so much I fell asleep in the bath for 4 hours 😅 Anyways it definitely helps with what it says it will. Love this and will be buying more when I run out! So much better than Epson salt!
