UPDATE (5/2/2025): I am changing this from a 1 star to a 5 star review because of the incredible customer service and replacement that I received. I never checked to see if this item worked when I bought it. I just threw it in my travel bag. Several months later when I needed it, it did not work. When I discovered this, months after the purchase, I gave the item a 1 star review. I did not try to contact the seller, thinking that it was too long after the sale for them to do anything. Unsolicited, the seller contacted me about my 1 star review and asked for details. When I explained what happened, they offered to send me a replacement item free of charge without me asking for it. The item arrived a few days ago and I tested it immediately and it works great. This is truly above and beyond customer service. I will buy from this company again next time I need a product like this.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Item never worked. I bought this to replace a similar item that I kept in my travel bag just in case I needed it. I did not end up needing it for 8 months, then when I tried to use it while traveling I found out that it doesn't work at all. I have tried it in several vehicles and it doesn't work in any of them. I should have tested it when it first arrived.

First one that hasn't popped a fuse in my escalade. Love it!

The unit in not just quite, it's silent. Works great. I've tried two different inverters, all of which become loud and stopped working. I have and will highly recommend this product.

We got two of these for use in our RV since it lacks an inverter. We only get DC power when we're not connected to shore power or generator. These small inverters allow us to have a few functioning AC outlets even when the generator isn't running.The USB-PD (the USB-C connector) charger is also really nice, and helps us avoid a bulky USB power brick. We power our HomePod mini from it.We plug our Apple TV into the AC outlet which lets us watch TV without the generator running.The only frustrating thing is there's a super high pitched whine. Both of the inverters we bought do it. I'm certain this isn't a cooling fan; it's much higher pitched than that. I suspect it's an internal electrical component. When we flip off the power switch on the back of the inverter, the noise goes away, so Wekeep them turned off at night when we're sleeping. Fortunately the USB connection remains powered on independently of the power switch.

I purchased three of these in total to use in cars to charge laptops. I originally purchased the type that you have to attach to your car battery. It was overkill , and inconvenient for my use so decided on this one instead as it could plug directly into my cigarette lighter. I read this wattage (300) should be able to handle my laptop. It did perfectly. Several members of my family have jobs that require to be in a car and use a laptop and the laptop battery would not last long enough. What I especially like is that it also has a spot to plug in my cell phone to charge as well. Has both USB-A and USB- C. The fan is pretty quiet and overall I am very a happy. On a side note, years ago a Weatherman in Florida ( Mikes Weather Page) highly recommended to have one of these in case your electricity goes out. I purchased one and it sat in my closet for years. I finally needed it as was so glad I had purchased it.

Used it at work able to charge 2 phones a laptop and a battery for My tools all at once

What I liked about this product is its compact size and it very quiet. I used it on a long road trip for 2 1/2 days straight without any issues.

Failed after a single use. I tried every recommended resolution and it just doesn't turn on any more. I'm outside the return window, of course, or I'd return it.
