I worked perfectly!
After reading the reviews I was skeptical to waste $200+ on giving it a shot but there isn't many other options out there so I took it. I installed the screen in my 2018 Ram 1500 and so far everything works perfect and couldn't be more happy. If you have any doubts on this product working for a 2018 Ram 1500, it should work for you as well!!

Refurbished. NOT!!!
bought a replacement for the dash screen/computer on my 2018 Ram 3500. Issue on old one was delamination of the touch screen overlay. Common on Rams. It is a pretty serious problem as it will affect engine, navigation, phone, etc... and no way to stop it. 2 days after installing this replacement (a 4 hour mess), It started acting up the same as the old one. you can tell its delamination as there will be strange lines on the screen. Turns out the replacement was used but not refurbished but sold as refurbished. Total Scam.

Works great but is not centered
Install went great, works as it should except that the screen display is not centered and causes a visual problem. Operation works normal but if it were centered I would give this a five of of five star.

Fits Jeep grand cherokee
After watching how to install on UTUBE, I had no problem installing the 8.4 Uconnect touch screen.

Fits and works perfectly
The media could not be loaded. My 2018 dodge ram's screen started to bubble up. I suspect it was the car wash. The bubble started causing problems that increased with time. Everything from changing the stations randomly, temperature in the truck and calling random numbers. This was the fix and it works perfectly.

Quality replacement, slightly off center
After watching a few YouTube videos, install wasn’t to bad. Took about an hour start to finish. The screen its self is brighter and sharper than factory. My only complaint is that the images/information on screen is slightly shifted to the left.
