Dear customer. The repeller should be installed at 50~150cm away from the floor and vertical to the floor. The repeller should not be plugged around carpets, curtains, etc.

Q: What is the difference in pushing the on button once and a second time? When you push the button a second time you hear high pitched noise

Dear customer, thank you for your question. Press once for the first level, the frequency is 25KHz-65KHz, suitable for common pests. Press again for the second level, the frequency is 10KHz-15KHz, suitable for heavy pests (Note: the second level is working with external sound, it is recommended to use when no one is at home); press three times to turn off.
