My attempts at reviewing this keep getting censored by Amazon when I try to accurately describe how I use this. So I will just say this: whenever swallowing becomes painful, and I worry that something rhyming with "prep coat" might happen, this an essential part of my strategy for making sure that doesn't happen. I will never let myself be without this product!

This is a go-to for our family!

It was difficult for me to swallow for 2 weeks so I swished this and also took it. Later that day the temp on the termom went up and I got sick. I think this contributed because the pain got worse right away and didn't go away until I took care of it via traditional methods (biotic).I wish it worked for me. I can't say it was effective even though I would still buy other items from this brand due to their quality
