I’ve heard of but never taken any form of MACA. I’m 53 and I’m always looking for a little energy boost and mood stabilizer. I saw no results after the first 7 days, taking 2 pills a day. Ive been using the products this company makes for years now and they are the best of all the supplements I have tried- this one is just as effective - Ive only been taking it as directed for about a week and i am more than satisfied. My research shows that this supplement is usually most effective when using it for several weeks so I'll update my opinion of its potency then.
