UV Painting Battery for Axs etap Sram Force Rival Eagle Gx XX1 X01, Compatible for Sram Battery Charger, Colorful (Yellow)

I have had these for a few months now and have had no issues. The charge capacity seems to last a little shorter than the OEMs but that could be that I am looking for a problem due to the low price.

Bought the battery on March 8. Since then I have used it on my mountain bike AXS rear derailleur. I put 17 hours on it before it dropped to 2 out of 5 bars (on my Garmin). I bought this as a backup to my sram battery, but considering the price I am very happy with the performance and will most likely continue to use it as my main battery with the sram in reserve.

I got one, 2 hour ride from a full charge. On my next ride I was 15 minutes in and the battery died. Would have been bummed if I wouldn't have had the original SRAM battery with me. I'm hoping it's just a defective battery and the seller will replace it. I'll update this post accordingly.UPDATE (03/07/24): The seller reached out to me promptly and offered to replace my defective battery. Within a week I received a replacement. I plan to try it in the coming weeks and will re-update this review accordingly.

Works just as it should

I ordered this as a spare to keep in with me on rides so that I'd never be stranded with a dead battery. As soon as I received this spare battery in the mail, I charged it. A couple of weeks later, my derailleur indicated the original SRAM branded battery was getting low, so I charged both the original SRAM battery and the replacement (again). I was surprised that it took more than an hour to charge up, since I had just charged it a couple of weeks before and hadn't used it. I put it on the bike and it seemed to work well. I took the bike to the trailhead, and a quick check showed that the battery was still good (green light). 3 minutes into the ride, I can no longer shift. derailleur was completely unresponsive. Fortunately, I had brought the charged up original battery on the ride, and swapped them out and I had shifting again. Clearly this battery was defective, I'm exchanging it and we will see if the replacement can be reasonably functional

What a name......"UV Painting" Battery for Axs , but thank god that google found the sram axs part. Anyhow the battery perfectly fits into and remains in the derailleur body and to the brand name charger. Works. No idea how many charges it cycles before it is done. But so far it has done 10+ hours and according to the very very handy "LCD Battery Tester for SRAM AXS Battery with Immediate Display, Battery Checker for SRAM Battery, No Charging Function." it is at 72%. Really recommend the battery tester rather than looking at the derailleur's green-amber-red lights. And at this price I ride with the fading OEM and a second one of these. Bad juju when out on the trail and the current cassette ring is the same one you are finishing the looooong ride back to your vehicle.

This knock-off Axs battery seems to hold a charge well and is much cheaper than the brand-name battery.I would love to have given it 5 stars.However the battery tab broke after just a few rides.It no longer fits tightly to the contacts and misses shifts.There was no apparent impact and the battery cage was unscathed.Apparently the blue plastic is brittle.If they can reformulate to a more robust plastic housing then this would certainly earn 5 stars.Unfortunately, I am returning it since it has been less than 30 days.
