I bought this pillow for my husband who suffers from sleep apnea. I was cynical as no other products I've purchased to help with apnea have worked. I can honestly say that this firm memory foam pillow has made a massive difference to his sleep (and mine). The shape is awkward (wedge) but functional and his perseverance has paid off. The 'bamboo' cover isn't great to sleep on so he uses a continental pillow slip which works like a charm. There's no residual smell. It's worth the money for a restful night's sleep and for peace of mind.

Love this, soft comfortable doesn’t make me sweat, I use it to elevate my sleep position (I sleep back and sides and is comfortable for both) when I have a cold and am coughing

Trying hard to get used to it as I suffer with coughing in the night I will get there eventually just need to persevere it’s quite soft.

A great help with preventing acid reflux. Not too hard so still comfortable. You have to be careful when carrying or transporting it as the foam is light and soft, especially at the edges, and it can tear if handled carelessly.

...if you suffer significant GERD and/or COPD I would suggest this would be too small and too soft to be effective. It is not as wide as a pillow and is very soft but I use it with an additional ordinary pillow to raise me just enough. I had been using a wedge issued by the NHS to stop me getting bunged up and to counter occasional significant reflux. It gave a much higher rise and is wider than this pillow, but it is rock solid and only usable for me with pillows, which then makes it so I am half sitting up and it's uncomfortable. So, for me this one makes things a little more comfortable.

I purchased this to use following a hysterectomy to enable me to sleep propped up. As a side sleeper I needed something comfortable that would encourage me to stay on my back and upright. I placed two of my normal pillows over the top and it's the comfiest thing ever. Quality of sleep was fantastic. I no longer need it to sleep but am still occasionally using it. I am also using it as a back support for when I want to mooch and read in bed. Would definitely buy again

Absolutely fantastic quality, not too chunky and lovely n squishy. I suffer with chronic pain, and some days can be really bad. This pillow has been a game changer. It really helps my back, and is great for sitting up watching tv too. Very happy with my purchase
