I have used this charger for six months. It was installed by a professional. The charger is of very good quality. There are no problems. Works as advertised. 5 Stars.

No joke, I snagged this slick charging station off Amazon and it's a game-changer for my electric ride. Oh, and did I mention how crazy fast this thing charges? The 50A charging speed is almost double what my old charger could do. My Tesla and Hyundai were fully charged in just a few hours. Mind blown! Now I'm never stressing about running low on juice. Setting it up was a piece of cake, even for a tech noob like me. And let's talk style – this thing is like garage art, and their customer support is on point. I'm giving this purchase a thumbs-up and a high-five. Worth every penny!

Unit worked great until it failed two months after purchase. The contact phone number provided by EVCube on their web site does not work. Submitting an email to them with fingers crossed for a favorable resolution. Amazon policy does not allow for return, replacement, or refund after one month. Nonetheless, an Amazon agent arranged a return, but the estimated refund is $65 less than what I payed. So I'm hoping EVCube will respond instead since the unit is under warranty. Not a good experience so far...Revision 6/13/24 - rating increased to 3 stars due to favorable resolutionEVCube responded to my email request for warranty replacement. After several emails back and forth EVCube agreed to provide a replacement free of charge. The replacement was received, installed, and works as expected. EVCube provided the option to keep the failed unit or ship it back with a pre-paid shipping label. I opted to ship it back - just waiting for a shipping label. Should the replacement unit fail I will update this review again.My thanks to EVCube for resolving this matter satisfactorily.

Charger was great for the first 6 months, now whenever I plug in it lights up red and won't charge at all. Find a more reputable brand.Update: I was able to email them and they sent out another charger with no hassle in 24 hours. Was very simple and easy.

The EVCUBNB effectively charges our EV Solterra at around 8 to 10 X faster than the level I charger. The EVCUBNB is easy to install and use. However, a notable drawback is the mobile application, which doesn’t work preventing users from monitoring the charger’s output or managing optimal charging times. Despite this setback with the app, I am generally pleased with the performance of the EVCUBNB EV charger.

This charger works great. I specifically chose it for the 50 Amps, and also wanted a charger without any app. I don't need to see details, usage, anything like that. I can manage the charging schedule from my vehicle. I set it up to charge overnight when rates are lowest. It charges very quickly. The cord is thick and wraps around the holder perfectly. If you want a simple charger that works out of the box, then this is the charger for you.

Cord end broke after 3 months and company sent a full replacement no questions asked! Product works great!!
