Not good at all

Very cheap, and poorly designed. Barely worked for its intended purpose.Press Plate too big. Leaves gaps around the edge so the food gets pushed past. Plastic so soft the basket deforms and more food pushes past. Can't squeeze much before the handle deforms.I did end up using for pressing some zucchini, but it didn't get squeezed as much as needed.I should just build a small screw press. It would be a lot less frustrating than this thing.

As a vegetarian making burgers you have to remove excess water from your hydrated vegetable protein. This large squeezer does it simply and easily, not only that but just dump any can of beans or spinach into it and a gentle squeeze removes the excess water. The reason I gave it 5 stars is simply because it works and has made my burger making easier.
