These guys know what they're doing. 3.2g Beta Alanine, 6g Citrulline Malate, etc. These are the numbers that mean the guys making the preworkout know what they're doing. Clinical doses. For my own personal preference, I would dial back the Alpha GPC to 200mg per serving, but 300 is the proper clinical dose. I noticed on their regjular stim pre, they do 180mg caffeine anhydrous which is just perfect. Great watermelon taste on the one I got. Mixablilty leaves the drink a LITTLE rough but I actually like that. I dont' like when a pre is as smooth as kool aid, this has a more natural mixability which I like. I've bought some caffeine pills to mix in with it now that I'm done with my caffeine tolerance break and I've already tried, it mixes GREAT with caffeine if you want to go that route.

Great stim-free pre. Bottle design is lacking.
Very good stim-free pre. And I like the inclusion of betaine. The bottle design is bad, which is why I deducted one star. I don't know who has tiny baby hands small enough to pick out the scoop let alone scoop the powder once you get down to the last ~ 1/3 of the contents. A shorter, but wider bottle would be a huge improvement.

Tastes good, but doesn't dissolve well
Had issues with the shipment. Was ordered 8/9, for next day delivery. I got an error on the order then it was showing it was undeliverable. I got it by surprise 8/15 after I already ordered something to replace the undeliverable order. Taste is good, like a watermelon jolly rancher. Does not dissolve well even after shaking vigorously for several minutes. Has a lot of foam. Decent energy for the workout.
