I bought the 10 inch and it fits most of my pots, however I tend to use it most in my large pot because I tend to steam large amounts of veggies. Love the silicone pads that protect your pot and the telescoping removable handle. Sometimes the legs will want to collapse when you don't want them to but that doesn't deter me. I wash mine by hand after reading some of the other reviews and the steamer is holding up nicely especially will all the use. Would definitely purchase again.

I've been using this steamer basket daily for the last 2 weeks, and it works great! I use it both in a small 8 inch pot with sides folded and in a large 12 inch pot when steaming lots of vegetables. I love it for baby led weaning and often cook more vegetables so that I and my husband can have them as well. The construction seems sturdy and the telescopic handle is super convenient. I don't know how I lived all these years without having a steamer. Highly recommend!

The basics of a steamer basket work fine: unfolds smoothly with the right amount of resistance to hold shape. The foldable feet unfold properly and easily. The metal didn’t rust right away, which is a win compared to my last steamer basket purchase. In fact, the metal seems decently high quality and the stamped edges not as overly sharp as some other cheap metal small kitchen goods.The telescoping center handle works, but it will unscrew very easily. There’s no easy way to screw it in super tightly. Pliers will scape up the telescoping part of the handle. If this weren’t a food item, I’d use some Loctite on it, but that’s not an option here. So, just be sure to check the handle is screwed in before every use, otherwise you could end up spilling some extremely hot food on yourself. Or don’t take the basket out of the pot while hot.

This Stramer is the Best. It steams all of my vegetables nicely. It fits any pot with a round 10 “ in diameter. I haven’t steamed any fish yet. But I plan to. So I will get the best taste, and nutrients. Just wash and rinse well. Expand it out, so tht it can dry well. When dry, collapse it bk in to shape. And put away. Oh! It has a scope handle tht u can insert in the middle. To lift up the steamer, without burning ur hand. A good feature. And it is very affordable . So u can definitely buy more than one for your household, or for a friend.

This is a fairly large steamer but I really like that the legs can be folded or unfolded depending on how big the pot is. Also that the handle is large enough to grip and doesn't burn me when I pull it out of the pot. The handle looks plastic in some of the pictures but it's the same material as the steamer. Easy to grip tho.

I'm more satisfied with this product than the steamer baskets that have peg feet. It feels durable opening and closing including the 3 folding feet. It's completely stainless steel with a dull finish and collapsible handle. No plastic parts. I'm keeping this for a backup when I'll need to steam a lot of veggies, because I now have another basket with a similar design only with a collapsing plastic handle and a shiny stainless steel finish.

Perfect size for a small pot. The legs keep everything away from the boiling water and it is very easy to use. 4/5 just wish the screw on handle that goes in the middle had a rubber top so it would be easier to hold when hot.
