Like the pillow
The pillow has good support if you like support on your head. But if you like pillows that is flat this is not for you.

A good night's sleep.
Iam a side sleeper. I recently recovered from shoulder surgery and was having trouble sleeping on my side. The pillow takes some of the pressure off my shoulder and allows me to sleep better.
