There are 90 capsules supplied which is enough for 3 months use.There are 9 listed ingredients which should be all you need to replace those missing electrolytes. The daily dose is to take a single capsule at meal times with a glass of water.I found these capsules easy to swallow with a drink. The reason is because it contains nutrients that work well on an empty stomach, and not only that, to also use it before a workout, because the sodium will help you sweat, and it contains nutrients for electrolytes, this is a good keto diet supplment, but not when you have to take it whilst you sit down not doing anything, and definitely not take it with a meal.Basically It helps to give energy whilst fasting and training with 9 essential amino acids for fuel and to protect the muscle from breakdown whilst fasting. It does work whilst fasting and not training too, but the effects are so much better if you can train at home or at the gym or something.Dosage is 1 per day with water before a meal or on an empty stomach before training as I mentioned above. I took 2 stars off because mine didn't come properly air sealed, the top came off too easily and was not sealed properly. Otherwise I would have given 4, best with intermittent fasting. Should last 90 days.It's not as good as electrolyte BCAA's as you also get some aminos with them, and pretty much these ingredients in it too, getting two birds with one stone, but for true fasting this keto electrolytes supplement works better.

These tablets are easy to take and have no flavour, so if electrolyte drinks are a struggle then these are a good alternative.However, I have several rehydration/electrolyte products currently, and in comparison to them, these tablets don't have quite the same level of minerals as the drinkable sachets, for example, these tablets have a third of the potassium, half of the chloride, and none of the vitamins. So they're not a direct swap for the sachets, but if you're taking them as a boost then I'm sure they're better than just plain water, and as a booster the bottle of 90 is very good value. 4/5
