Fantastic story!
Being a northerner myself(Belfast) and an avid romance reader it was refreshing to read this book written with plenty of humour(craic) within. ALL the very typical Irish style banter made this love story a pleasure to read. I laughed mto tears several times. I love accuracy of the typical Irish girl persona, we really like to bring uppity folk down to earth with quick wit and a cutting tongue. Clodagh is no different. Even when intimidated by Killian the fiery Celtic tiger within rises with a witty comeback. And of course this really irritates Killian. Just like us Irish girls generally tend to do, but then all those guys who have ended up marrying an Irish girl know, it rubs them up the right way in the end and they love them all the more for it.Well written, well researched(even the BA flight) and knowledgeable of many characteristics about the North of Ireland and the people who live there.Great read, made my day!

What a storyline!
I’m a sucker for an age gap romance and this one is the perfect book, perfect amount of spice and great storyline.Clodagh and Killian’s love story is perfect, and written so beautifully. That man is the broody, grump who falls head over heels for the one person he didn’t want to! Perfect 5 star read!

Killian and Clodagh
An Irish lass making her way in New York, a few mishaps, a strange job offer, a distrustful billionaire, a few mistakes - some howlers - and a tweenage girl and you have the recipe for a funny, albeit a romance in New York. It's a fun read and I enjoyed it

This was good. I enjoyed the characters, there were some funny moments like in all of Rosa’s books. However this one wasn’t my favourite, I feel like the end was a bit rushed and there was no reason for the 3rd act breakup. Also how the conflict was resolved felt forced. So I enjoyed this book up until the last 20%. Is it going to stop me from reading the rest of Rosa Lucas’ books though? No definitely not

Quinn family
Very good read but a bit frustrating at times. It's good how Rosa mixes the families, in each book in the series. I'm looking forward to reading the next one.

romantic comedy
This book is full of ups and downs but my favourite part is the comedic timing and moments it was such fun to read
