NO instructions were included in my box with the Moaron Full Face Respirator .... So I don't even know how to assemble it , let alone adjust it for face sizes. I kept the respirator, hoping I can find the set up on YouTube. Maybe you could find your answer there because the makers of this product forgot an important detail in shipping!
