It does reduse the static shocks
This does reduce static.My cats fur is so fine that stroking him caused him and us to get shocked all the time and i mean with each stroke its horrible because he is such a loving cat that needs constastant attention, this bracelet has reduced it to an occasional shock worth buying.

Still getting static shocks
I bought this as i always get static shocks. I thought this would help prevent them but I'm still getting static shocks. I'd say if your buying for this reason, it doesn't work. Haven't noticed any other benefits
