horrible
First problem was I could not get the drivers to download and it took me several emails and calls to get support, and then after the drivers were finally downloaded which was supposed to be the way to configure the printer for bluetooth, there were no instructions on how to do that and none of my equipment could connect to it via bluetooth. Their website is horrible and not user friendly in any way, so now not only do i have to send this back and but i not need to try and find other equipment to use.

Says it works with Mac but it doesn't
I tried to connect it to my iPad and it doesn't work. There is a zip file to download for Mac but there are no executables to make anything work. It does not work with Mac!

Linux PPD you have to contact support. The PPD model is "Printer"
Good little printer. ESC codes work. I just wish the PPD was available with out contacting Support

Garbage
Theeee most unfriendly. Complicated garbage printer I ever bought in my life.dont work and never conect to any device

No customer service
Wasn’t able to connect to my computer. Contacted “customer service “ very difficult to connect with a person. No troubleshooting available. Went to YouTube to see if that would help unfortunately it didn’t. Had to send them back.
