Biona Rye Omega 3 Golden Linseed Organic Bread 500 g (Pack of 7)

Have eaten for years, a great bread especially if you dont want yeast (not many available of this type without yeast).I find it tastes better toasted but that is personal choice.

It's a realy good and healthy bread have bought it many times but the last lot I had I had to throw away one pack as it was green of mould the other 6 are good.

Great bread to have in the cupboard as it has a good shelf life! delivery was fast and packaged well

I'm trying to be healthier and reduce simple carbs and increase fiber - this is a great tasty option. Taking away a star as it is a bit crumbly and doesn't hold well in a 'fuller' sandwich

This always does good things to one. Takes hardly any to fill you up because it's very dense, and deletes food cravings because there's no empty calories in this. I also like that it's still live, despite cooking - if you leave an unopened packet on the shelf for months or even years, it doesn't go off, just re-ferments slightly in the packet and comes out tasting like Miso. It doesn't really need a use-by date. Does great things for the guts.

I used to eat this about 20 years ago then got back into wholemeal, seeded. I tend to eat hardly any bread now but wanted something sourdough, dark and nutritious. This is great with houmous, smashed avocado or a healthy pate. I bought 6 packs for the next few months as worked out cheaper than in the shops. I use a lot of Biona products and recommend all wholeheartedly :)

It's a good product. However the price has risen just too high. I would now be spending more on one slice of it than I might on a whole whlole - grain loaf. It's just too much - I'm sure the cost of production is not cheap but this has become too much to pay. It is with sadness that I've cancelled my regular order.
