Recommend used for hayfever
Used last 2 years for hayfever and they work for me I’d rather take these than man made medicine. Yes you have to get them into your system so ideally take them a week or so before season kicks in. Or just take them all year round as it’s not going to do you any harm. And they do have many other benefits like being good for goutI and even to help keep your prostate healthy. feel people say they don’t work as they may not give it time to kick in and believe it should work with the first capsule taken. Sadly this is not the case with natural remedies.Price for delivery is a bit steep thought

Becareful!
Took 1 capsule and I've had to bin them!! Literally give me heart palpitations, and I'm not normally one to be a hypochondriac

Fantastic and NATURAL product
I have suffered from arthritis in both great toes for the last 3 years. Since taking these for 3 months the swelling has gone down and I have much less pain w/o using NSAIDs

Didn't see any benefit
I bought it to combat hair loss and seasonal already. I take them twice daily as stated but haven't seen any benefit so far.
