Used to secure a small multi-tool, this is sturdy, lightweight, better than chain, great value.

I don’t deny the strength of this and it is attached to my phone all the time due to the rise in phone snatch crimes. But my advice would be to not use the clip provided as it’s too fiddly to attach to your belt and attaching it to my phone cost me two screensavers, as the metal wheel kept catching the edge of the glass. I thread it through itself phone end and have a small carabiner on my belt.

I purchased this to ensure that my new Leatherman Raptors stayed where they should be . . . in my possession! I am not disappointed. The length of the tether is more than flexible to extend to arms reach and the carabiner is able to be attached to the Raptors clip that secures it into the belt holster. (The carabiner does fit through the pre made securing hole on the bottom of the Raptors handle but i couldn't get a setup to work as slick or easy than attaching it to the clip). Not had the product long but by the looks of things this works perfect.

I'm very happy with this. I'm using it for safe retention of my pocket knife. And it is certainly fit for purpose.The cord extends to well beyond arms reach. It feels really strong. Where the loop is attached to my knife it feels like a strong connection and it will manage to handle lots of friction from the metal.It comes with a mini carbiner which has a screw fixing. It is also very strong.

The material is durable and sturdy. I conducted several strength tests on it, and I'm impressed. It's incredibly resilient, doesn't loosen, and is virtually tear-resistant.

I use with an expensive smart phone to guard against it being snatched while in use, the loop on my belt and the clip through a lanyard loop added to the phone case. One concern is that if dropped the coil unwinds enough for th phone to hit he floor. I don`t know how well it stands up against being cut with a knife though. One odd thing, if purchased from the manufacturer at the same price it comes with three different clip but this one arrived with just the turnscrew one.

The coil is decent size not too big I always buy this lanyard for expensive diving knifes like spydercos

a bit expensive but the quality of the materials nothing compared to the 5£ products... far away...Exactly what I was looking to hold my working safety knife... really good...Only found it a little bit expensive...
