Q: I see the length is 13.5", but what is the width of the spatula part?

The spatula width is 2-1/4" as previously reported. Also agree that 10" length is sufficient. Should also note that this spatula does not stain, is heat tolerant and conforms to the surfaces it touches. Well worth the investment.

This item is Made in China. Although most Vollrath products are made in the USA, they do source several of their products from outside the USA including India, Taiwan, Italy, Japan, China and Great Brittan.
