I wish the moaning minnie’s would wake up! This neck cushion isn’t perfect (for me), but it might be for some.I found it too hard when I received it. So what did I do? I took some of the filling out, until I found the correct firmness for my neck. It was simple to do, as the inner bag is zippered.One of the best things about this cushion is that the zips on both the inner bag and the outer slip, are at the end rather than across the length of the cushion. Meaning less chance of getting a hard zip digging in the face or neck. Although in all cases, I can’t see why Velcro can’t be used instead.By and large, a pretty comfortable cushion, with a luxurious velvety slip.

If your looking for a very FIRM neck role that doesn’t sag over a short period of time, this is the product for you.I've ordered several of these over the last year, for home, holidays and spare ones and have been very impressed.I have a disc problem in my neck and for sleeping on my side when this is included in a pillow case with an additional soft pillow, it provides excellent support.I've tried many others in the past which work for a short while but then give up. This doesn't although it does take a bit of getting used to at first.(Once a softer one arrived but the Seller was very helpful and it was replaced)FOR ME THIS PRODUCT IS A GODSEND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

It's a good quality roll, with a nice cover, but not suitable for sleeping in my opinion. But good to lay down for a while to release pain in the neck.The disappointing part that it's not returnable!!

This is firm but very small, almost child size small. I’m 5.8 and have a reasonable length neck and it just isn’t big enough to support it without my head tilting slightly when lying flat, and as I have broad shoulders it doesn’t support my neck at all lying on my side. Shame. It seems well made. Younger/smaller adult appropriate maybe!

my daughter has c.p and we use this mainly under her knees for sitting which is brilliant. and she cuddles it in bed sometimes. also very easy to wash little difficult to get back together but a little patience goes a long way.

I'm delighted with to his headrest and if definitely improves my chances of sleep and relaxation at any time of day. A good buy
