⭐ The supplement capsules come in a sealed pack, and the bottle is dark, which is usually a good idea to protect the contents from bright light. There is no child-proof top, so keep them away from children. The label claims vegan and gluten-free ingredients, which is good. There is no unpleasant smell from the capsules, but they are quite large for what they contain, and maybe other minerals could have been included. You get 120 in the bottle, and the dose is one per day, so these are going to last you 4 months. I found them easy to swallow with water.⭐ It should be noted that vitamin K2 is important for blood cell formation and clotting, so these might be useful for people with certain immune conditions, but always consult your physician before taking them if you are so affected. You can get K2 from leafy greens, so a healthy diet is always preferred, but I can’t see that supplements will do any harm. The bottle is about three-fifths full, so it could have been smaller, but I guess that is a standard size. With any improvements to bones, I believe that D vitamins help with calcium absorption, but it takes a very long time to make any difference. Again, consult your doctor if you have any concerns. ✔️

I am quite happy with this supplement because it has balanced vitamins D and K2 in the one capsule and you're not left guessing the amount you need . It's easy to swallow and from a trusted UK brand . No flavour by the way so a I couldn't rate that.

Loads of people supplement Vit D knowing it's very good for them but very few understand how it's metabolised by the body.It needs to cling to fats to get properly absorbed by the body, some supplements may suggest you take them with food, which could do it depending on the food, but many don't even both to tell people that. So many people will supplement Vit D without knowing their body is not making proper use of what's being put into their body.With the addition of the MCT Oil, that is already being taken care of. I always try to buy Vit D that contains MCT oil, this is great for the price and I'll keep buying it as long as it remains so!

This has a cleaning product in it I have just realised after looking at the ingredients it should be banned.
