Acctim Thorncroft Radio Controlled Large Dark Wooden Westminster Chiming regulator Quartz Wall Clock with pendulum

I bought this for my Mum. She love it, it keeps time, chimes through the day, but keeps quite through the night.Ooh and it looks pretty on her wall.

I am using this pendulum clock in my sitting showing the correct time and chiming every hour. My friends who saw this clock are highly praising it and wishing that they had one of this.

Arrived quickly and well packed. Nice clock and easy to setup. Got this to replace our other Westminster clock, which we had for over 20 years. The only issue is the chimes which sound tinney compared to our other clock.

I like the clock generally; the size and appearance are fine, and it keeps perfect time of course,but I am disappointed by the chimes, in that they are not as robust as I expected,and are a bit 'tinny'.

This was bought as a gift. It is good value for money. It looks good and sounds good and adjusted fine when the clocks went back an hour. the chimes are not too loud just pleasant.

My 5 year old son loves clocks and Big Ben, I bought this clock for him, but it will hang on the wall in our living room. I'm sure he will love it. However considering what it cost, I would returned it but if it wasn't for my sons infatuation with clocks.The chime quality is bearable, not a natural sound, more like a kids toy, good thing there is a volume control. The pendulum is cheap and tacky and swings a little fast maybe. The wooden box is acceptable and the radio controlled clock a good feature. It looks ok from a distance, but disappoints under closer inspection.

It is accurate but would be great if the chimes stopped working at 10.00 instead of 9.00 and re started at 7.00 instead of 6.00.
