Good, Simple Warm-Up Tool
Simple weight which can be used in three positions on the shaft for different warmups. It’s a little hard to apply and remove from iron shafts. Easier to do with thinner driver shafts.

For women not men
As an old man I thought the woman's might be lighter, so I bought their product. The factor I didn't think about is their shafts are little thinner than men's. Works great but I am limited to where I can put it on the shaft.

Cotcha swing weight.
These are great for working on swing balance and also for building strength in swing mussels. Not for warming up before a round. Studies have shown that swinging a weighted club before you play slows down your swing. Use something like a speed whoosh or turning your driver up-side down to improve speed before you play.

Works as advertised
Just very difficult to get on and off the shaft. Find myself not using it for that reason. But it will help with warm up

To light for men. Very hard to remove from men's club.
I am a 73 y.o.a., 5'11", 210 lb, man with a 93 mph swing speed. This weight is much to light to get any benefit from. It is also hard to put on a men's graphite club and very, very hard to remove. I just tried a friends I Gotcha BLUE weight and it is much better. I am returning the Red for a refund and ordered a Blue one. Recommend changing the description BLUE for men, RED for women and leave off the "For swing speeds under 100 mph."

Great warm up device!
I like it because with a little effort, you attach it to your club and you start swinging the club, easy short swings at first then full swings. It's great for me, a senior, with a really stiff back. The only thing I don't like about it is that the red one was advertised for someone with a slow swing speed and I'm seeing that it's for women. The blue one is for men. The red one works but I feel I should have bought the blue one to stretch my back better. If the seller reads this, can I trade it for a blue one?
