3000W High-frequency Induction Heating Machine Silver Gold Melting Furnace

I bought this machine to use as an induction forge, I don’t have enough ventilation in the garage to use the gas forge, with the doors closed.I bought the 3Kw machine, using it on 70% power with the 65mm coil it heats up 6mm x 25mm flat bar in seconds.The coil is 6mm OD copper tubing, I have made a smaller heating coil 30mm instead of 65mm,Only issue is finding the correct flare nut size for connecting the heating coil to the machine. 1/4” 6mm flare nut found on Amazon doesn’t fit. The fitting on the machine is 11.80mm OD and the thread pitch is either 1.25mm or G20 1/4.The cooling system is a 2 litre stainless bucket with a pump. Does the job. I upgraded to a 5l plastic tub and hard plumbed the feed pipes. Alternatively there is a 10l tig welder cooling machine on eBay that would be good.Great machine, ready to use and forge with out of the box. Few mods easily done to make the machine more efficient.
