Originally, I was disappointed with the quality of the main shower-head coming out of the ceiling, but the amazing customer service I’ve received took this from a two star review to a five star review. After not much use, several of the smaller jets stopped working altogether and several of them started spraying in the wrong direction. Although several of the jets were not working, it’s a very large shower-head and I would say 60% of the shower jets were still working and so it was still a fully functioning shower. I reached out to the vendor and provided photos and video, and they promptly sent back videos showing how to troubleshoot the problem, but also offered to send a brand new shower-head which I opted for. The shower head shipped out quickly and I received it within days of our messaging. They stayed in constant communication to make sure that I received the shower-head. I have not had a chance to schedule plumber to replace it just yet so I can’t speak to the new shower-head.I will say that it looks great and is very impressive in the bathroom. You will want a skilled plumber to install this, it was a very time intensive install even with a skilled plumber. I do want to note that the sales photos shown by the vendor are not 100 percent accurate. There is piping that you are going to be able to see above the ceiling shower head. I had to spray paint the hoses and a few other parts.This is a very “luxurious” shower, with all of the body jets and overhead ceiling feature it is truly like being in a five star spa. Although we will have to pay a plumber to replace the shower-head, the amazing Customer Service makes up for it. I would order this shower system again when we gut the next bathroom.

My shower has been installed for 6 months now and since install I only recieved hot water I thought the issue was the plumbing until I had plumbing redone and now I only recieve cold water. I was told by multiple plumber the issue is my shower fixture. Please help me solve this issue as I absolutely love my shower but I need to be able to control the temperature

We bought this items months ago, as we are remodeling our house.Everything looks nice. However, the rain shower loos very unfinished as we can see hoses. We wish there is a cover for them. Unless we are missing it. Overall looks ok. We haven't tried shower yet. Maybe in a month when house is ready. Will send another review

Our plumber installed this shower system in our newly renovated bathroom. When he finished installing and we tried it out, it wasn’t working properly; the water was either too hot or too cold. I contacted the manufacturer to see why this happened. They explained that there could be two problems: (1) either the termostat valve wasn’t working or (2) the hot and cold water pipes were connected in reverse. We found out that the guy who did the piping connected the hot and cold water pipes in reverse. The only solution for this was to get a reverse cartridge which wasn’t part of this shower system. So when I contacted the manufacturer, they went above and beyond to try to find a reverse cartridge for me from another manufacturer (even though they were on holiday) and shipped it to me overnight. Once we installed the reverse cartridge the shower system was working properly and it’s amazing with all of the functions included. I would highly recommend this shower system and I would also recommend you reaching out to the manufacturer if you have any questions or run into any trouble with this system.

It is very nice

There are a lot of jets and sprays, which is awesome, but you have to be sure that you have the water pressure necessary to support it.The shower system looks great. Even when you are just opening it up, you can see that this is a very aesthetically pleasing shower system. The top shower head is nice and large, giving you that rainfall feel. I like that this also gives you the attachment sprayer. I often find that to be useful for everything from kids and dogs, to cleaning the shower.One side note is that this is for a shower only. If you plan to use it for a shower tub combo just know that you’ll have to buy the part for the tub separate.

This gorgeous shower system will be installed in the master bath when we move into our new house. I can not wait to use this! All of the materials are so well made and excellent quality. This will definitely have to be professionally installed to ensure there are no mistakes. This is an awesome shower system!

AYIVG Chrome Ceiling Shower System with 6PCS Body Jets 16" very heavy. Well built and works great had to have this professionally installed But its soo nice. Pressure is great and all the features work perfectly. You will never want to switch back to a regular shower head.
