Hikity 2+64GB Double Din Android 13 Car Stereo Wireless Apple Carplay Android Auto, 10.1 inch Touchscreen Car Radio GPS Navigation WiFi Backup Camera Bluetooth HiFi FM SWC Mic

I got the 2/32GB 10.1 inch unit that is running Android 13. I installed it in my 2012 Silverado and I'm pretty happy with it although it was quite a bit more work than I thought it would be.First the good, It's a big bright screen that is fairly quick to respond and comes with lots of Apps built in. You can also install pretty much any App you want on it from the Play Store. It is really just an android tablet computer that has some sound processing built into it. The radio sounds OK and you can load offline Google maps over a Wi-Fi connection and then it will use the included antenna to figure out it's location even if your phone has no service. I was able to download my entire state although it is pretty slow on WI-FI it does work. It has Apple car play built in but I did not try that. Bluetooth and the backup camera worked OK as wellNow the not so good. You are really on your own when it comes to mounting this, the screen is larger than any opening for a double DIN so you can't really screw it in from the front. I made my own metal bracket that lets it drop in and lock in but the included brackets really don't work.Android Auto is NOT BUILT IN to this. If you want to connect your phone and run Apps from it, you will have to sign up for a paid subscription to mirror link or do like I did and download the Head unit Reloaded App to get your Android phone to work with this. There may be another way to do this using Apps that are outside of the Play store but that is not for me.I also had to get an adapter box to connect to the trucks Can Bus so that the chimes, turn signal sounds and steering wheel audio controls would work. This adapter and harness cost almost as much as the radio did. You may or may not need this depending on your vehicle and if you want to keep the features that came on your vehicle but it is a safety issue to have those chimes and warnings. You will have to solder or crimp all the wires to connect the radio harness to your vehicle wiring.The cable for the backup camera was too short to reach the rear of my Truck so I had to get a longer one.Some of the software is a bit glitchy but that could be the android auto and not the radio.You will have to put some time into this, it's not plug and play but it's not that bad either and in the end you will have an amazing large screen radio that can run Apps from your phone. It's is a really nice addition to my vehicle and I love the huge screen and all the things it can do.

This screen works well! The touchscreen is responsive, Bluetooth connects quickly, and the sound quality is solid. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it fits perfectly in my car. worth the price

No lo recomiendo el estéreo se dañó al mes el táctil me pongo en contacto con el vendedor hago todos los pasos que me indica, me dicen que me enviará el producto a una fecha y ahora me sale con que están de vacaciones me parece una falta de respeto del vendedor a la hora de responder por una garantía de un tiene el producto, esperando que me responda mi notas no lo recomiendo

Wifi is slow

It's not a bad radio for what the price is but I can not get my subs to produce and sound. Amp comes on and everything is ran right. Did some research and still couldn't find anything to point me in the right direction. If I could get the subs working it would be 5 stars, but right now I'm sitting here with a system that's not working.Well it's been almost a year of owning this radio and the function of everything seems to be going down hill. The system won't update anything and when using android auto, the music skips like a scratched cd. No the phones issue because I have used a few different phones to check it. The mirror function is pretty much non existence. The customization on it is very limited. Spend the money and get a different radio. I've spent the last year messing with this one and it started out great (besides not being able to hook up my subs and amp to it). And customer support is useless. Guess I'll just eat this loss and invest in a better radio.

***UPDATE BELOW**2/23/23 Amazon treated me like trash, 0/10 Item was late, paid for two day and it took over a week to get. Item seemed ok but the wire harness for the stereo had loose connectors, and some of the wires were held in place by some kind of glue? Idk if it was a manufacturer defect or what, other than that the item all looked to be new and as it should do I asked to be sent a new harness. But the Amazon representative told me it would probably be faster just to return it and order a new one. (Because most refunds are issued same day?and now I’ve been waiting over a week for a refund, while my car stereo is out, so I finally call Amazon again and was told it would be 30 -60 days before I should expect to see the funds! Unbelievable! 0/5!UPDATE 2/24/23Set an email to the actual seller, they emailed me back the same day, super courteous, said they would issue the refund within three days. But they get an extra star lol because they said they would ship me a replacement stereo. Free for the inconvenience. I didn’t want or expect that. Hell I would’ve been totally happy with just an exchange, or even a replacement wire harness, lol. They definitely went above and beyond where I feel it was Amazons responsibility. Maybe they should sell on eBay!. Lol.
