Not bad but my daughter doesn’t like it
My daughter lost interest in it very soon, unlike the other teethers, not sure why. Anyway, the quality is good and it is easy to be held by little baby.

Had to buy again
My granddaughter really liked to use this teether but unfortunately got lost at daycare and rather expensive to replace. Now that my daughter is having another baby I decided was worth purchasing again. Teether is cute and durable. Not many color choices for second purchase.

Babies love chomping on this!
They can hold the arms and chew the head. She loves soothing her gums on it for long stretches. Good for in the car toy.

So far, pretty good
Baby seems to like and it's easy to hold!Only complaint is the tail is a separate piece and so saliva can get trap and be a potential mold problem.

Monkeying Around with the Matchstick Monkey Teething Toy: A Parent's Review
Are you tired of your little one constantly gnawing on your fingers like they're a pack of gum? Well, fear not, because the Matchstick Monkey Teething Toy is here to save the day (and your fingers)!I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first, but this little monkey has been a lifesaver for my teething baby. It's the perfect size for little hands to hold and the different textures on the monkey's body provide just the right amount of relief for those sore gums. But what really sets the Matchstick Monkey apart from other teething toys is its ease of cleaning. The monkey is made from a durable, BPA-free material that can be easily sterilized, so you can rest easy knowing that your baby is gnawing on a clean and safe toy.And let's not forget about the monkey's adorable design. I mean, who doesn't love a toy that looks like it's straight out of a cartoon? My baby can't get enough of this little guy and neither can I!In conclusion, if you're looking for a teething toy that is easy to hold, easy to clean, and easy on the eyes, the Matchstick Monkey Teething Toy is the way to go. Just make sure you don't leave it out in the open or it might disappear like a real monkey! Trust me, you don't want to have a baby orangutan on your hands.

I'm just going to have to rave about this one
My friend's son had one of these matchstick monkeys and his mum really swore blind it was the best thing ever. I am on my second child and over the last few years I've bought a LOT of products in the vain hope that something will suit one or the other of them and they've all come to nothing so I looked at this and was umming and aahing about whether I would spend yet another tenner on something the baby is completely disinterested in.I was still thinking about it when lockdown happened and suddenly cut off from our families, a relative sent a package of goodies for my girls and what was in there but a matchstick pig. I was thrilled! Not only that but the baby loves it. It hasn't left her mouth since it arrived considering the numerous other things she's been offered, this really was a huge hit. So I bought a second one as a back up but also because the pig is just ever so slightly big in the head department that it wasn't as good a fit in her mouth (she's 4 months old).I will now recommend these to absolutely anyone who will listen, but do take into consideration the head part because the monkey's head is just slightly smaller and narrower than the pig (and I would think other alternatives).

Baby just wasn't interested in it
Bought for my 4 month old when he started teething as i had heard many good reviews about the matchstick monkeys. It feels good quality, it was easy for him to hold and had a bumpy bit on the back to help soothe his gums (you can also put teething gels on there). In all honesty he barely used it. Like most teething babies he was more interested in chewing on things he shouldnt and I didn't find the gels/granules etc made much of a difference. I personally wouldn't buy again.

Best teething toy we’ve tried
My LO started teething at 4 months and wasn’t skilled enough to hold and manipulate most teethers. A lot, like Sophie, we’re also just too big and complicated for her. This monkey saved the day! He’s super easy to hold with two hands and that means it’s easy for babies to guide it into their mouth. I would definitely recommend this monkey!

Easy for baby to hold.
This has quickly become one of my baby’s (6 months old) favourite teething toys. He can hold it really easily and doesn’t easily drop it due to the size of the handles (arms). It settles him when his teeth are bothering him and I like that there is a great variety of colours to choose from. Bonus points for it not being too heavy, so he’s not hurting himself or his brother when he decides to fling it!
