Top quality rail that looks the part. Straight forward to install for someone with reasonable DIY experience. Comes with decent fixings too. Just annoyed it was discounted a week after I ordered it.

Absolutely love this. Beautiful style and very sturdy. I am unsteady using the stairs has we only have the bannister rail. Not anymore, since my husband installed this I have no problem going up or downstairs. Easily mounted as he did it on his own.

This kit is excellent. The wood is free from knots and nicely varnished. The brackets are robust and stylish, with a pleasing matt finish. Good quality screws and plugs, and the kit contained a drill bit of unusual diameter (2.3mm) for drilling pilot holes for the little screws that secure the rails to the brackets. Good clear instructions. I installed the kit in about two hours, and I'm 77! - a first class job.

The handrail was delivered one day earlier than said it was reasonably packaged but after observation there was a few dents in the package but no damage to the item thankfully.on opening the package all the parts were there.the information booklet on fitting is quite self explanatory. And the item does look very nice indeed. The only problem I had was when fitting the small screws that stop the rails spinning it doesn’t take much to break them they are very small and weak.so make sure to drill pilot holes deep enough. Or even better use something a bit stronger.other than that I am very pleased with the finished result.
