Pure X FUZE Kielwood Maple Billiard Cue Shaft

I have really improved my game with this smaller-in-diameter shaft and tip. You can be far more precise with your shots and English with this tip.

I'm going to leave 5 stars for this product as the error was my mistake. In my hurry to try out a new pool cue I claimed this shaft assuming I'd be getting the entire cue, butt and all, but it's just the shaft alone.I'm guessing that the target audience for this kind of thing (I'm only a casual player) would be aware that this product is only the shaft, but just in case you didn't pick it up from the product description, now you know.For what it's worth it looks and feels like a very high quality segment of a pool cue.

This shaft matches up perfectly with a cue purchased about a year ago. I love the play so far but would prefer a different tip than the Kamui soft. I do wonder when it's time to replace the tip if I can trust someone locally to do it without damaging the shaft. we only have one person locally while he is good. I have seen better tip replacements online and not sure what I'll do when it's time to replace the tip. As this is an expensive shaft for me.

This review is through the 5/16 x18 pool shaft. This is not a whole stick, it is just the upper part of the pool cue. The finish on the stick is pretty amazing, the shaft is very smooth, with not a single imperfection. How does it play? I'm not a great player, but I really like the way it felt. I've been playing with a fiberglass stick, and switching over to this, I noticed I like this much better. There's a much more solid connection when you hit the ball, it slides smoother over your fingers, and I did not notice any deflection.

I dont know very much about these things besides playing for fun as we have a pool table here at our home. But what I can tell you is that it looks & feels to be of a high quality materials. & Its STRAIGHT, which is good! It may be a little over priced BUT again... I know nothing about this stuff. But this one is very nice!

I only actually received the front half of the pool stick and not the rest. I am unable to say if the product is any good as I do not have it all.

For the price of this cue, I can only give it 3 stars. I have used other Pure X cues and this one was very basic. Still, it is lightweight and a quality product. The wood is flawless. It is decent.

I am not a great player but I was offered the opportunity to try this and jumped on it. We do have a table, and we play. My cousin is a little shark, but he is underwater atm, in the Navy. Looking forward to his return for many reasons, now one more...he can teach me how to properly use this! It shipped quickly, packed carefully, and arrived in perfect condition, thankfully. It is crafted beautifully. I have never seen a cue quite so short so I am sure that better players, such as my cousin, know exactly what this is designed for and I plan on learning and sharking others LOL - but I can say this, it is quality made. Being an amateur I am not one to know about recommending it as far as price and or skill but will update with that info, once I learn more and try out the tricks!
