Fit the 1968 C10 perfectly! Works as designed!

Used this to replace the belts on a junky 2006 ford e350 I didn’t care to buy oem seat belts for. Driver side was practically identical, couldn’t put the pillar cover back on for the passenger side but considering the price difference, I’m happy. Hardware was quality and was same as the oem bolts ymmv. Probably not going to get a licensed shop to install or pass inspection though. #Savings

Even though seller says it is for pickups and jeeps it is not anywhere near good enough quality for that application. Plastic spool, little tiny plastic gear teeth, that are supposed to hold you in the event of a collision. No way. The thread through bracket at the shoulder level is just a stamped steel bracket that has almost a knife edge to it that would almost certainly cut the belt in a collision. Might be okay for a golf cart not for anything that goes over 5mph.

These went in very easily and I had them installed in less than an hour even though I had no prior experience (1971 Ford F100). I merely had to thread the factory bungs and pick up slightly smaller bolts for them. The belt feels significantly more secure than the factory lap belt. The plastic on the base feels a bit cheap but otherwise they look and function great.

I bought two 'UNIVERSAL" car seatbelts. The word "UNIVERSAL" should be removed, because I keep taking them to different installers and all, so far, has said: These can not be installed / there are wrong parts.
