Upset stomach
I followed the instructions and took it with my meals, but I felt sick, fatigue and blah. I felt like myself after I stopped taking it. Unfortunately, I can't return it for a refund.

Not happy with manufacture date of 2022
First thing you see on bottle cap is that it was manufactured in 2022. Makes you feel like the potency would be diminished
