Q: Will they fit a size 6.5 Women's shoe?

My husband has them for his size 11 boots and they are on the largest adjustment possible. The back of the heel slips over the back of the shoe and the front is adjustable in approximately 1 inch increments. His is on the largest and there are 6 more adjustments possible. I would guess that they would fit, but can't say for sure.

Q: Do they slip on or have a velcro strap? Will they fit over rubber boots?

Don,Yes, we see people using these from size 6-14. The straps themselves have a lot of stretch and durability to them, you shouldn't have any issues with your size 8 boot!

Q: What's the trick to keeping these from riding up the back of the heel and up the boot?

They shouldn't ride up the back of te boot as long as the strap over the top of the boot is tight against the boot

Q: Weight of individual can withstand for use?

Weight is not an issue. We have a bunch of big guys using these.
