It comes with all that. No amp kit needed. Also no need for other extras... It has everything to hook up to your stock or aftermarket system.

Q: I have 14' jeep wrangler 2dr. Will this kit fit under the seat? and do I need to get the amp to install this?

Q: Does this unit have good deep bass or more thump?

Good deep base.... although if I crank up the base on the device and adjust the radio in the car I get a little thumping.

Q: Have a 13 Jeep Wrangler does this connect to the factory stereo without any problems. I have the sub in the back but looking for additional punch.

I know this is too late, but this was an easy install in my Jeep using the factory stereo. It was an awesome addition to the Jeep, and is certainly a whole lot louder than a 6x9. Plus, you can tuck it under the seat or in the back in the rear tray. It wastes virtually no usable real estate.
