I've been using this system for years now. Not only do i drink the water, I use it to make tea, and also use it in my coffee maker. Not only does it make them taste better, but I don't have a problem with line scale build up.I just came here to pick up more filters and was surprised to see that Amazon had a note indicating this is a frequently returned item. This surprised me since I've been a happy customer for years.

Really happy with this. I spent countless hours looking for a water filter without plastic. I have well water so I can taste the iron in it, but with this filter, I don’t taste that at all. It’s perfect and I’m very pleased

Great pitcher, have used for 5 year now. Our filtered water is fine, but the filter packs just improve the taste i think.The pitcher is always full and ready in the frig to encourage more water drinking, i refill often from tap and good to go.Started using it to stop buying plastic bottles ! Creates a great habit !

This came to me rusted on the inside. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing. I won't try another pitcher because I can't trust it won't rust later. I chose this finish because the other finish had complaints. I'm going to try the plastic brita looking container and hope that it is better.
