It isn't MSG, which is good in its own way, but man it does help punch up the flavor.I was a bit hesitant based on some of the negative reviews, but I'm not sure if they got a bad batch, don't like mushrooms, or were competitors dropping a bad review.I've used this on burgers, in soups, on toast, basically tried it on anything and sometimes the results are very subtle, while other times there is a very noticeable difference.I do prefer this to the "plain" one, but so far both are good.

Great product

This is an excellent seasoning. Try it on chicken or potatoes. Really great, earthy umami flavor.

I add this to all my stir fry vegies, it gives it a wonder flavor.

Absolutely delicious however the second ingredient is cane sugar. I’ve purchased the same spice blend Some other manufacturers and their sugar content was much less. Tasty just beware
