I've found everything I've bought from this brand is great, and this toadstool hide is no exception! The size is good for any type of hamster, the quality feels really nice, and it's really cute too. I love that the roof comes off for cleaning, this makes it super easy to clean.

This mushroom was a lot heavier than I expected, so clearly well built, but definitely needs to be on a platform for safety (rather than straight onto bedding). I popped a little bedding on the inside for my hamster and he soon made himself comfy by adding more bedding, as well as some moss that was nearby. I've also read that ceramic can be good to keep hamsters cool in the warmer months, so I'm hoping this will do the job later in the year.It should be quite easy to clean being ceramic, but I haven't tried yet as both it and my hamster are new and just settling in.It was very easy to assemble, the lid of the mushroom comes off easily and has little notches built in so it doesn't come off easily (as long as you turn it to 'lock' it into place)Mind out though as apparently despite being ceramic, it is still easy to climb, as my little guy did on his first day in his new enclosure!Overall, I love the look, and think that whilst it was a little expensive, it was value for money as my little hamster seems to love it, and it really completes the look of his enclosure. It also seems well made and is very funcional.

Lovely house for hamsters even can fit a syrian inside, just remember to bin the fluffy pillow it comes with as its unsafe

bought for my syrian hamster, it was so much bigger than what i thought it was gonna be. my syrian fits perfectly in it 🐹 it's easy to clean & it looks amazing in his cage. would deffo buy again

my hamster is a huge fan of grabbing anything close to the bars and stealing it for their bedding which theyve claimed various different things of mine close to the cage. he absaloutely LOVES this mushroom house, he can get into more mischief whilst climbing above it and hes had it about 2 hours and hes already asleep in it and dragged in his bedding , really happy for my mischief maker. he loves it, REALLY GLAD that the lid is removeable as it is easy to get to him in case of emergency

Good size for a Syrian hamster. Looks good in the enclosure. Well made. Will hopefully help to keep hammy cool in the summer. My little guy definitely approves.

So, this is incredibly cute and I genuinely feel like it fit in my hamsters cage beautifully. The ONLY Issue I have is the top and bottom come as two different parts and the mushroom top can be a bit wobbly and therefore loud as it's ceramic. I still recommend it, but would be amazing to have it together as one hide rather than two pieces.
