My wife got this for mensural cramps, but I stole it when I had lower back issues. This is much better than the disposable icy-hot/capsaicin pads as it doesn't stick to you or get your hands covered in a substance. This pad heats up quickly, and stays hot for about 30 min. It then auto-shuts off. My wife also liked the vibration. Simple to charge with any usb cable/plug. The 2 cons are the buttons and the strap. The buttons are hard to figure out. You have to double tap them to turn it on, and hold it to turn it off. They are touch buttons, not actual moving switches. The other con is the strap. If you are on the larger side, it is hard to keep the pad in place, and not fold over.Over all it is a great purchase.

I bought this for my wife, oh my gosh it was a life saver. I constantly see her using it when her stomach hurts, or cramps prevail. I have even used it on my thigh when i pulled a muscle and was cramping. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the battery lasted longer and figuring out how to turn it on and adjust the setting took a sec but once i figured it out its easy. There are no buttons to push just random places to touch. It has held up great so far. I would definitely buy this again just for the fact happy wife happy life

Such a cute item. Showed up in a box wrapped as a gift! Charged up quickly. I was able to use the elastic band almost like a belt and wear the pad under my clothing. It never moved while I was walking around. Heating has three levels, medium level seemed to be best. It also had a vibrating option but I bought it for the heating pad and the fact it was cordless. Thinking about buying a few more for gifts for daughter and her friend.

I agree with some of the others reviews, this item never really worked. I purchased one and returned it. When this one arrived, it didn't work either. I kept messing with it and it turned on but I was not in need of it at the moment so I put it away. I have tried to use it every cycle but it still is not working. I was just too busy to return it. The next one I buy has to be digital.

Don’t really write reviews but I was in the giving mood after seeing my gf suffer through cramps and always buying disposable heating pads… seen something similar to these from TikTok and just had to get one and gain some good boyfriend points. Needless to say without getting too deep into a review is that she loves it and thanks me for it :)<3Just get one for your girl guys

Buttons are hard to press making the functions hard to turn on. Have to press buttons multiple times for it to maybe work when you want it to. Button actually got stuck on highest degree setting & the only way to turn it off was to plug heating pad in to charger. It’s comfortable and works for now but it seems cheaply made.

I'm not happy now that the heating element stop working. That was the purpose of my purchase. I've only used it a few times. I fully charged it but only the vibration works.
