Not real fond of the taste, easy to use,I don't see alot of difference in my energy.

I had a health DNA profile done a few years ago and discovered I have what can cause a body to use up its B-12 and so supplementation is essential. I have tried drops and pills but this is the first time I've ever used a thick liquid like this one. It's not like the sprays or drops out there because it's ever so slightly thicker. I was very happy with the flavor. Usually they taste almost too sweet or either a bit saccharin. That was not an issue with this. It's not like some dispensables where it's difficult to get the product out. It comes right out in a clear red liquid. I wanted it because it is a liposomal formula. My understanding is that it makes this more absorbable. I need all th ehelp I can get with my stomach issues. I like that I put it right on my tongue and that's it. I've had no issues with side effects and I didn't feel like I was having any immediate allergic reaction the way some supplements do me because I'm so reactive. This formula is a win and I will take it all. I haven't been on it long enough to know if I feel differently but I'm good on it and giving my body a supplement it must have.

Tasted weird this time, like it was spoiled. Also the pump stopped working after a couple days. What a waste of money.

I have had vitamin B12 sublinguals that tasted better, but this one is not bad. It's very flavored but the flavor is a bit off, but not so bad that it's hard to tolerate. It just doesn't taste good rather okay.I'm still giving it a five because it works so very fast. I get mouth sores when I don't get vitamin B 12, because I take metformin. When this came in I had some mouth sores took it & the next day they were better! I also definitely feel more energetic taking this.Codeage is a dependable brand that I've really come to look for and trust- I have had tremendous luck with.

Overall, so far, the product itself is fairly decent. Taste is fine and I will have to use this product consistently over time to see if there are any actual benefits that will come from using it. what disappointed me is that every single one of these that I received, the boxes were smashed to pieces, completely opened, the information on the boxes were not readable anymore because they had been destroyed. I do not have any idea how that much damage was received. That alone would make me very hesitant on ordering this product again in the future.

I’ve recently become aware of the benefits of liposomal delivery of vitamins - offering increased absorption. When I saw this B12 in liposomal form, I decided to try it. This supplement contains Bioactive Methylcobalamin (B12) - meaning it is naturally occurring vs synthetic. B12 supports brain/nerve health and red blood cell production among other things.This is easy to use; it comes in a glass pump bottle. The directions recommend 4 to 8 pumps per day. 4 pumps provides 1250 mcg or 52,000% of RDA. I just do 4 pumps a day. The liquid has a light mixed berry flavor that is minimally sweet. It’s pretty easy to just squirt into your mouth... but be careful, because the first time I used it, it spurted a little bit and got on my shirt. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I've found that I like to rinse the cap under water after squirting it to clear any residue, this helps ensure a clean squirt next time you use it. Directions say to store in the refrigerator and shake before each use. I can’t say if this is working or not (which is true for most vitamins/supplements, right?) but I do feel that the liposomal delivery is far superior to capsules or tablets and the Bioactive Methylcobalamin is the best form of B12 to take, so I have made this a part of my daily regimen and plan to continue taking it long term.
