Tight Fit on 2003 F150
The filter came very slightly damaged with a handful of the ribs being bent. The filter is functional nonetheless. As another reviewer noted, it’s a tight fit which makes it a little bit of a hassle to install.

Easy Peasy for a Great Price
I bought this for my 2006 Ford E350 Super Duty. It was an easy choice based on the price and many thoughtful reviews.The filter looked like you'd expect- no apparent faults or variances from the previous overpriced filter.Although the filter wasn't packed with a protective end cap as mentioned in some of the older reviews, that was not an issue.The fit was perfect and the replacement was under 5 minutes from start to finish.Time will tell, but initial impressions are all positive.
