Use these for Overlanding
I use these to secure items on my roof rack, but I also use them to secure small things for work and such. They are a nice length and store very easily. Very secure, I didn't worry about these at all while using. If you have a roof rack or do any kind of overlanding, these are perfect to secure chairs, mats, etc. to the roof rack. I even use them on a gas can if I'm going on longer trips. They are just long enough that you don't have to worry about too much length to stow, and don't have to worry about a ratchet scratching up your gear.

No slipping
I got these to lash my bag to the seat of my Road King and they work great. Theres no slipping or releasing of tightness during the ride. The thumb release is easy to manipulate.

Will use them in the four corners of my truck bed. Use with my net when I take bottles to the recycle.

Not super high quality but the price was right. I wouldn’t trust the latch for holding any critical load. For securing something inconsequential they will be fine. Considered returning but kept because they were inexpensive.
